That is what brought him to the PEO world and ultimately to Questco. Michael's approach is built on empathy — he has sat in the same seat as the business owners he serves and understands the weight of those responsibilities on a personal level. Combined with his background in real estate operations, where he rose from Leasing Professional to National Leasing Director and General Manager overseeing teams across the country, Michael brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial grit and operational expertise to every client relationship.
